Mrs. Emma King
Who I am and what I do:
My name is Emma King and I was born and raised in Le Roy. I still live in Le Roy, with my husband and many furbabies! I have taught Pre-K for six years, but I am beyond excited to teach 5th grade!
Why I work here:
I love working at St. Agnes because of the wonderful family feel. When you first walk into the building, you can feel that it is a place where great learning can take place! St. Agnes truly supports and encourages not only their students, but also their staff!
What I do when I’m not at school:
When I am not at school, I love spending time with my furbabies! I have two dogs, three cats, two guinea pigs, and a tortoise! I also enjoy crafting, having campfires, watching TV, and baking.
Other things I love:
I LOVE donuts and Mountain Dew! I also collect cow memorabilia (I wish to someday own my own cow!).
Education Bio:
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education & Special Education from Roberts Wesleyan College. I also took additional classes to be able to teach Preschool and Kindergarten. I went back to Roberts Wesleyan College and received my Master’s Degree in Special Education.
